Your first Laboratory Drawing

Select with the left mouse button a laboratory tool for example a flask from the glassware locker. Let the mose button loose and move on the work area. The flask keeps attached to the mouse pointer.

Before you set the flask with the left mouse button on the work area you may scale the object.

You may reduce in size or enlarge by

a) The +/- keys of the numeral keyboard

b) With the wheel of the wheel mouse when you keep pressed the Strg- key at the same time.

The standard size is 30. This is 30% of the original size of a tool.

Now place the flask with a left mouse click on the work area.

Each object has three mouse sensitive markers:

Yellow: For moving the object.

Blue: To rotate the object.

Red: To scale the object.

Select as next from the Tools- Box Destillation The air cooler no. 918.

The red cross wire is the connection point which you may

place by the shift key or by the middle mouse key downwards.

Now go with the cross wire of the air cooler over the fitting of the flask.

You will see that the lock in the bottom bar is closing.

When you now klick with the left mouse button, the fitting of the cooler snaps automatically together with the fitting of the flask.

Select now the thermometer with fitting (no. 80) an place it over the air cooler.

Repeat these steps with with other glassware as you like.
